哈尔滨工业大学数学学院长聘教授/博导。长期从事最优化理论与算法开展研究。在应用数学领域中的SIAM J. Optim. , Math. Program., Math. Oper. Res., SIAM J. Numer. Anal., SIAM J. Sci. Comp., SIAM J. Imaging Sci., Math. Comput.和多个IEEE系列刊物发表多篇学术论文。获得2019年度教育部青年学者称号，承担国家自然科学基金青A、面上以及国家科技重大专项课题项目的资助，担任1967年创刊国际SCI期刊Journal of Optimization Theory and Applications的Associate Editor，任中国运筹学会常务理事，黑龙江省数学会常务理事等。
Héctor Cancela is the President of the Universidad de la República (Uruguay). He also served as Dean of the Engineering School, being Full Professor at the Operations Research Department of this university. His research interests are centered in network models and stochastic models, applied jointly with optimization methods for solving problems in different areas (reliability, communications, transport, production, biological applications, agricultural applications, etc). He has organized and served in the program committees of many international and regional conferences and is an associate editor of several journals. He is currently President of the International Federation of Operational Research Societies (IFORS). He was a member of the board of ALIO (the Latin-Ibero-American Operational Research Association) for several periods, as Secretary, Vice president and President; and has participated in other international associations in different positions.
中国科学院院士，哈尔滨工业大学土木与力学学科教授，国家自然科学基金杰出青年科学基金获得者和创新群体学术带头人。长期从事土木工程智能科学与技术研究，研究方向包括智能流体力学与风工程，桥梁健康监测、诊断与控制，土木工程智能设计，多功能纳米材料，获美国土木工程师协会 George W Housner奖章和Robert H Scanlan奖章，在Science、Nature等发表学术论文200余篇。曾任国际结构控制与监测学会IASCM理事长，现任亚太智能结构技术学会理事长、中国振动工程学会副理事长等。
Weijie Su is a professor in the Wharton Statistics and Data Science Department and, by courtesy, in the Departments of Mathematics and Computer and Information Science at the University of Pennsylvania. He serves as a co-director of the Penn Research in Machine Learning (PRiML) Center. Prior to joining Penn, he earned his PhD from Stanford University in 2016 and his bachelor's degree from Peking University in 2011. His research interests include optimization, statistical foundations of generative AI, privacy-preserving data analysis, and high-dimensional statistics. He serves as an associate editor for Operations Research, Journal of Machine Learning Research, Journal of the American Statistical Association, Annals of Applied Statistics, Harvard Data Science Review, and Foundations and Trends in Statistics. He is currently on the ICML 2026 Organizing Committee as the Scientific Integrity Chair and will serve as the Program Chair for ICML 2027.
合肥工业大学教授，中国工程院院士，长期从事决策科学与信息系统技术领域的科学研究和人才培养工作。现任合肥工业大学学术委员会主任、“大数据流通与交易技术”国家工程实验室主任、“智能决策与信息系统”国家地方联合工程研究中心主任、“过程优化与智能决策”教育部重点实验室主任、“数据科学与智慧社会治理”教育部人文社会科学重点实验室主任。 获国家科技进步奖二等奖2项，教育部自然科学奖一等奖1项，教育部人文社会科学奖一等奖1项，省部级科学技术进步奖一等奖6项。获国家级教学成果奖二等奖3项，全国优秀教材奖。在国内外重要期刊和国际学术会议上发表学术论文400余篇，撰写出版学术著作5部，授权发明专利50余项。 获全国五一劳动奖章、留学回国人员成就奖、首届全国创新争先奖、国家级高等学校教学名师奖、全国模范教师、全国教材建设先进个人。获复旦管理学杰出贡献奖、成思危全球奖、中国系统工程学会“系统科学与系统工程终身成就奖”等荣誉。 兼任《中国大百科全书（第三版）》管理科学与工程卷主编，中国管理现代化研究会轮值理事长，中国优选法统筹法与经济数学研究会名誉理事长，管理科学与工程学会名誉理事长等。
本科毕业于南京大学数学系，于哥伦比亚大学获得运筹学博士学位。曾当选 Sloan Fellow 与 SIAM Fellow，并荣获晨兴应用数学金奖及 Egon Balas 奖。2019年加入阿里巴巴之前，任美国加州大学洛杉矶分校（UCLA）数学系教授。现任达摩院决策智能实验室主任，研究聚焦能源、交通、金融等多领域工业场景，致力于攻坚人工智能短板，提升系统的自主决策与动态适应能力。
周进鑫，北京交通大学数学与统计学院教授、博士生导师。国家杰出青年科学基金项目获得者。主要从事代数图论研究，在组合数学、图论、代数学等领域的权威期刊发表论文100余篇，成果获新西兰数学会Kalman奖等多项荣誉。担任中国工业与应用数学学会图论组合及应用专业委员会常务委员。
